Washington police charged a 23-year-old Washington woman with rape Tuesday after she allegedly forced a man to have sex with her and then burned him with a curling iron last month.

Samantha Harvey of 38 W. Walnut St. also was charged with aggravated indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, terroristic threats and reckless endangerment.

The 22-year-old man from Washington told police that Harvey came into his bedroom on the night of Aug. 20 as he was getting ready for bed. Harvey and the man know each other, police said. Read the rest of this entry »
